For recoveries outside of the UK, an additional shipping fee is added. Make sure you package your media in a sturdy mailer, mark it as "containing Electronic Media - do not expose to magnetic fields". Then send it by Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx, Airborne or any shipping method that allows the package to be tracked. Please be sure the discs or tapes are secure and the address is correct. LC Tech Support Services, Ltd. is not responsible for media that is lost or damaged in shipping.
